  Frequently Asked Questions About Our 42 Day Transformation Programs What Are The Fees For This Challenge? Your investment for the 42 day challenge is a one time fee of $299 or 1 early bird payment of $247 + taxes (early bird is before Sept 1). We also offer a weekly payment option if you are doing 2 back to back 42 day programs just ask us for more info. (spaces limited, we are filling up fast) We have family discounts for family members doing the challenge together! How Does The Application Process Work? You have to apply and be accepted for our programs.  We review all applications and if you are accepted it’s a first come first serve for our programs.  They always sell out.  With the application it shows us that are you serious and committed to kicking butt and getting results with like minded people.  Our program retention rate is over 90% and we guarantee results Who Is This Challenge For? Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs. Challengers range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose. All are welcome at HeavyWeights. Where is HeavyWeights Training Center Located? We are located at 94 Clyde Avenue in Donavans Industrial Park in Mt. Pearl. 1 Min from Donavans Irving. What Will Be Required Of Me? During the 6 weeks you are encouraged to workout 3 times a week at our gym, complete a challenge workout on the weekends and our body weight workouts for best results. We generally do weigh ins about once a week What About Injuries & Doing These Programs? Our coaches are the best and we can work around most injuries.  Do not let this stop you.  As long as you have medical clearence and a desire to give your best we can modify the workouts around injuries. I Don’t Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Challenge? Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this 42 day challenge programs. Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at HeavyWeights. Our goal is to get you lean, strong, and athletic as much as possible.  Fat loss is only part of our transformations.
