Announcing the "HW90", a 90 Day Total Body Transformation Program.

 

This is something we have NEVER done before.

 

Launching January 2017, the HeavyWeights90 will challenge you like no other program. 
 

The HW90 takes the best of everything HeavyWeights has to offer combined into one program to give you incredible results.
 

We will push you to work harder,   to dig deeper, it won't be easy, but it will be worth it.

HW90 is a 90 day, 3 phase body transformation challenge.
 

Throughout the program, the 3 phases will evolve as you do.
 

The end goal of the HW90 is to transform your physique and your metabolism by focusing on changing your body initially with a focus on strength and muscle.
 

On day 90, you will have made some serious changes to your physique, but the changes to your attitude, mental state, habits, and lifestyle will continue long after.
 

This program is not for the weak minded. This is going to take discipline, giving up alcohol and partying for a few months, and putting in WORK. You have to be ready. No one can want it for you. And no excuses will be tolerated.

What do each of the 3 phases consist of?

The HW90 program is broken down into 3 distinct phases.
Each phase has the training and nutrition combined to give you the best results possible.
 

 

=> Phase 1 - 30 Days - Strength/Hypertrophy/Fat Loss (50% Strength, 25% Muscle Gain, 25% Fat Loss)
 

=> Phase 2 - 30 Days - Hypertrophy/Strength/Fat Loss (50% Muscle, 25% Strength Gain, 25% Fat Loss)
 

=> Phase 3 - 30 Days - Fat Loss/Hypertrophy/Strength (50% Fat Loss, 25% Muscle Gain, 25% Strength Gain)
 

 

Aside from the training split, what else changes every 30 days?
 

Every 30 days your program changes, but you also get new recipes to incorporate into your meal plan and a new coach! You won't have time to get bored with this program as its consistently changing to keep you interested and getting maximum results.


 

Who is this program for?
 

The HW90 program is for committed people focused on making serious change. If you can't do something as simple as making all the classes and giving up booze for the duration, this isn't for you. This is a true test to what you can do. We want people who are dedicated 110% and that is who we will be accepting in the HW90. Whether your goal is fat loss, building lean muscle, or simply feeling healthier, this program is designed to help anyone further their goals- in an atmosphere with optimal chances to make those changes.


 

How is this program different from anything I have done so far?
 

The layout and approach of this program is completely different. For starters, the meal plan. NO cleanse week. You heard it right. The first phase is a Strength focused phase. You will need proper fuel to get in and get that training done. The meal plan will reflect that. Phase two is hypertrophy, or building of lean muscle. Again, you will be fueled accordingly. And so on for the fat loss/cut phase in the last 30 days. While in Phase 3, the number one priority while losing fat will be maintaining muscle. Losing muscle mass is not acceptable.

The program is designed on completely transforming your physique, so the training programs and exercises you will be doing is changing to reflect that every 30 days. A new coach each phase will bring fresh perspective and will specialize in that specific training phase.
 

The group you will be training with will be hand picked by our team. You will be surrounded by 19 other like minded individuals giving it their 110% to push you on the days you need that little extra push. Unlike our other programs, you cannot just sign up. You must fill out the application and be selected by our team.
 

 

If I am accepted, what are the class times?
 

Classes will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 pm -  8:15 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 - 10:45 am.

 


What if I can't make it to HW location.  Can I do this program online?

Sure can!  We offer an online version with everything you need to get amazing results exactly the same as at HW.  We will be offering weekly check ins, private facebook group, 24/7 support for the 90 days and more.


 

If I am accepted, what is the cost?
 

The cost is a one time fee of $399 or weekly payments of $40 for 12 weeks.  For online the cost is $197.
