  At HeavyWeights we believe that strength matters. Starting Strength will be a group fitness based program focusing on improving strength and athletic abilities in teens. Whether they are already athletes or looking to start a fitness routine, this program will improve sports performance, build confidence, heighten focus, and teach the discipline and skills that will carry over into training, academics and everyday life. All sports, like hockey, baseball and martial arts, incorporate a mix of strength, athleticism, balance, co-ordination, concentration and performance. Starting Strength will create fun and dynamic ways to embrace all of these while keeping your teen engaged. I love teach strength and athetliscism and I am very excited to share my passion and knowledge.

Strength has a greater purpose and I love helping people become better versions of themselves. I have coached teens over the last few months and I love seeing them get stronger, faster and move better.

I am constantly striving to be 1% better everyday and look for our athletes to do the same.

I look forward educating and progressing each athlete as we dominate each and become their best.
